Terms of service
Mökki-Mikko Terms of Service
Last updated: 4 March 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Dynamint Oy (“Dynamint”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and govern your access to and use of the Mökki-Mikko application and related services (the “Service”).
By creating an account, joining a group, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Provider details
Dynamint Oy
Business ID: 3212175-5 (VAT/intl: FI32121755)
Address: PL 13, 00561 Helsinki, Finland
Support & data protection requests: support@dynamint.fi
2. The Service
Mökki-Mikko is a group-based scheduling and coordination service, primarily intended for private groups (such as families and friends). The Service may change over time, including features and availability.
3. Eligibility
The Service is intended for users who are of legal age to enter into a contract in their country of residence. We do not currently ask an age-gating question in the app. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
4. Account creation and authentication
You create an account using Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In. We receive and store:
your name and email address, and
a subject identifier (a unique ID provided by the sign-in provider).
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access and for activities performed through your account.
5. Groups and shared access
The Service is built around groups. When you join another person’s group or invite others to yours, you understand that:
Your name and email address will be visible to other members of that group.
Content you post in a group (including messages, records, and media) will be accessible to that group according to the Service’s functionality and group permissions.
If you leave a group, the content you posted in that group remains in the group for continuity of shared schedules and group history.
If you do not want a group to retain access to content you post, do not post that content to that group.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
upload, store, or share illegal content;
harass, threaten, defame, or abuse others;
violate intellectual property or privacy rights;
attempt unauthorized access, disrupt operations, or probe security;
use the Service for harmful, fraudulent, or malicious purposes.
We may remove content, restrict access, or suspend/terminate accounts if we reasonably believe these Terms or applicable law have been violated.
7. Your content and permissions
You (or your licensors) retain ownership of content you enter or upload (“User Content”).
To operate the Service, you grant Dynamint a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, process, and display User Content only as necessary to:
provide and maintain the Service,
secure the Service and prevent misuse,
troubleshoot and provide support,
comply with legal obligations, and
enforce these Terms.
8. Safety, moderation, and developer access
To prevent illegal or harmful use and to keep the Service safe and reliable:
Proactive automated image review: Uploaded images may be automatically processed to detect illegal content.
Other content access: Other User Content (such as text entries and messages) is generally accessed only when needed for support/troubleshooting, or when we detect suspicious activity, or when we receive a report.
Reporting: In early versions, reporting is handled via support@dynamint.fi (no in-app reporting).
Authorized Dynamint personnel may access relevant data when necessary for the purposes described above.

9.4 Logs and telemetry
We collect logs and technical telemetry required to provide, secure, debug, and maintain the Service (for example error logs, performance metrics, authentication events). These may include identifiers and technical metadata required for operations and security.
9.5 Analytics (optional, opt-in)
Early versions may not collect usage analytics. If we introduce analytics, we expect to use Firebase Analytics (or equivalent). Analytics will be enabled only with opt-in consent via a consent screen where required.
9.6 Processors and third parties
We do not sell your personal data and do not share it with third parties for advertising. We use cloud service providers (including Google) to host and process data on our behalf. In this role, those providers act as service providers/data processors for Dynamint.
10. Data retention, deletion, and GDPR requests
Tenancy ends when you terminate your use of the Service via account deletion. Account deletion may not be available as an in-app feature in early versions; until then, you can request account deletion via support@dynamint.fi.
After terminating this contract (including account deletion), your data may be retained for up to 30 days as a measure against unintentional data loss and to support restoration scenarios. Backups are held for 30 days.
You can request removal or access (including export) of your personal data at any time by contacting support@dynamint.fi. We will respond as soon as possible and within the time required by GDPR.
Group content note: If you posted content in a group you do not own, that group may retain your posted content for continuity (see Section 5). Where legally required and technically feasible, we will assist with deletion requests, but some group-shared content may remain unless removed by the relevant group owner/admin or by available product features.
11. Subscriptions, free tier, and trials
The Service may offer a free tier, paid subscriptions, and free trials. Current tiers, pricing, and trial terms are presented in the Service at the time you subscribe.
If you purchase a subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are governed by the relevant platform’s terms and policies in addition to these Terms. Subscriptions typically renew automatically unless cancelled via your platform settings.
12. Email and communications
We do not send email communications at this time. If emails are introduced later, they will be transactional (for example account/security notices, billing-related messages, or important service communications).
13. Commercial use
The Service is primarily designed for private group use. If you plan to use it as part of a business process, we encourage you to contact us at support@dynamint.fi to discuss suitability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dynamint is not liable for business losses resulting from outages, errors, or service interruptions, including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, or business opportunity.
14. Service availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service reliable and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, outages, or third-party service disruptions.
We may modify or discontinue parts of the Service. If changes materially affect paying users, we will take reasonable steps to provide notice where practical.
15. Intellectual property
All rights in the Service (excluding User Content) are owned by Dynamint or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Service except where permitted by law.
16. Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
17. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dynamint is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
Where liability cannot be fully excluded, Dynamint’s total liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim (or, if you paid nothing, the minimum required by applicable law).
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
18. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion via support@dynamint.fi. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if necessary to protect the Service, Dynamint, or other users.
19. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your country of residence.
20. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice in the Service or by other reasonable means. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
